Year-Round
The Woodway Public Safety Department is deeply committed to fostering youth involvement in our community. Each year, our officers actively participate in a wide range of youth-centered activities, responding to numerous requests to give tours, make presentations, and engage in area events. In fact, we conduct more than 100 presentations annually.
Our youth-focused initiatives include:
- Fingerprinting activities
- Frequent visits to schools
- Safety talks at area schools
- Special request presentations
- “Stranger Danger” safety presentations
- Tours of the Public Safety Department
We also love collaborating with organizations to host tailored tours and lessons. Whether you’re part of a homeschool group looking for a quick, educational session, a school or daycare seeking safety presentations, or an organization interested in a station tour, we are here to provide engaging and informative experiences for the next generation.
Let’s work together to create meaningful connections and empower our youth with valuable safety knowledge. Reach out to schedule a visit or request a presentation today!
