Juvenile Court

1st Saturday of every month beginning at 9 a.m. Appointment only.

Juveniles are required to appear with a parent/legal guardian

Pretrials and Trials – Contested Court – Not Guilty Pleas

Pretrials are held the last Wednesday of every month beginning at 9 a.m. by appointment only.

Trials are scheduled on a case-by-case basis.

Responding to Charges

You have twenty (20) business days to respond/appear to your charge(s) filed against you. Please note that a telephone call is not considered an appearance. You must request a hearing or pretrial within those 20 days.

Failure to Respond

If you fail to respond to your charge within the 20 day appearance time, the offense fine amount may be maxed to the highest amount allowed and warrants issued for your arrest. Warrant fees of $50 (each) will be assessed for executing or processing a warrant. If you fail to appear in court as required by law for the prosecution of the offense(s), you may be denied the renewal of your driver license and registration and assessed additional fees.
