WELCOME
The Woodway Municipal Court of Record has jurisdiction over class C misdemeanors and city ordinance violations that occur within the territorial limits of the City of Woodway. The court processes and adjudicates according to law such offenses as:
- Traffic Violations
- City Code Violations
- Parking Violations
- Animal Running at Large & Dangerous Dog
- Disorderly Conduct
- Minor in Possession of Alcohol
- Drug Paraphernalia
Defendants have 20 business days to make an appearance before the court regarding the charge(s) filed against them. Appear in person, online, by email, or mail (payment plans, alternative forms of payment, jail time credit, and other options will require an appearance before the judge). The judge session is every Wednesday, from 8-10 a.m. and the 1st Saturday of the month 8-9 a.m. Defendants are seen based on the time they check in.
